Proven experience working in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment, with direct involvement in workforce supervision or coordination
Must be comfortable in working in a warehouse environment
Experience managing temporary associates directly/indirectly in a warehouse setting
Ability to work independently over the weekends
Understanding of HR practices, including attendance management, health & safety regulations, and basic employee relations
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working in client-facing roles is an asset
Education in Supply Chain or Human Resources Management or a related field preferred

Job Responsibility

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new hires
Coach and manage the performance/attendance for warehouse talents working on client site
Act as the on-site point of contact for both the client and Randstad associates
Conduct first-day orientations and provide continuous support to associates
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates
Oversee employee management activities, including attendance, shift management, and health & safety reporting
Handle disciplinary conversations and ensure effective issue resolution
Support payroll processes and ensure timely updates
Collaborate with Randstad’s internal teams for seamless operations
Ensure compliance with all workplace and safety policies
