Job Responsibility:
Answering all customer calls and provide a positive outcome on all queries
Undertaking a mix of Inbound calls and Outbound calls
making sure our customers issues are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible
Requirements:
Clear understanding of what makes great customer service
some customer service skills
ability to listen and understand customers
strong communication skills
can-do attitude
