We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to support the Safety, Health, and Environmental team within the Pest Elimination Division in St Paul, Minnesota. This Contract position focuses on coordinating auto liability and property damage claim activities while providing dependable administrative support across safety-related programs. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage documentation, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the intake process for auto liability and related claims, ensuring each case is reviewed, documented, and tracked through resolution
Partner with internal teams such as safety, operations, finance, administration, risk management, and legal to share claim updates and support timely decision-making
Gather statements, records, reports, and applicable regulatory information to assess incidents and clarify the scope of each claim
Contribute to exposure review, coverage assessment, cost estimation, and ongoing case coordination for assigned matters
Maintain accurate claim files and monitoring records to support visibility, compliance, and effective case management from initial notice to closure
Provide administrative support for the division’s dash camera program, including record maintenance, communication, and follow-up activities
Assist with safety training administration by organizing materials, tracking participation, and maintaining related documentation
Support leading indicator reporting and other safety recordkeeping tasks that help the team monitor trends and reduce risk exposure
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of experience in insurance claims administration or a related area
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple business functions
Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, coordinate follow-up, and maintain organized case or administrative records
Working knowledge of claims handling, risk management, insurance processes, or incident-related documentation
Proficiency with computer-based tools and systems used for tracking, reporting, and administrative support
Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and accuracy
Nice to have:
Additional experience in auto liability claims, multi-line insurance environments, or field service organizations is preferred
Background in business, finance, insurance, safety, or a related discipline is preferred
