Our claim handlers are the voice of our business when it comes to dealing with our customers on a daily basis and are the heartbeat of everything we do. This is a challenging and at times demanding role. You will be, handling enquiries on the phone and email, be accountable for your own assigned claims and deal with multiple competing priorities. You’ll be part of one of our client focussed claim handling teams, working together and supporting each other to deliver our services to meet our performance standards. We never know when a fire might start or when there may be a burst pipe. Therefore our team are on hand, and additionally compensated for providing an out of hours service (on a rota’d basis) to assist with any household property claim emergency where alternative accommodation is needed – 24/7. Hours of work: 40 hours over five days including a 30-minute paid daily break to cover our opening hours, inclusive of evenings & weekends. • Office opening hours – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm. • Plus an Out of Hours (OOH) Service for AA emergencies.
