We have a position open for a 6 - 12 month contract to hire for a CJA Implementation Specialist. Our team works collaboratively to standardize and implement data collection from all our web & mobile properties. We are motivated, self-starters willing to push the limits of technology to simplify work and achieve the best outcomes. We are migration from Adobe Analytics to Adobe CJA which opens up a lot of avenues to track complete journeys and connect the dots across channels. It also provides opportunity to implement the latest technology like identity graph stitching and sending events to the RTCDP for profile updates. It’s the perfect time to onboard, learn and use cutting edge technology and help improve the experience of our customers across our digital landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participates in reviews with Product teams to create solution designs and technical requirements for analytics
  • Works with application developers to resolve any technical challenges and provide solutions that ensure data collection and accuracy
  • Leverages Adobe Launch to maintain, code and implement tags for product features
  • Collaborates with data analysts, product managers, UX designers, developers & QA to ensure proper implementation of Adobe Analytics / Adobe CJA
  • Works with data analysts to create tagging strategy and build tech specs
  • Analyzes performance impact, dependencies and best practice to create tagging strategy for web & mobile apps
  • Ensures data consistency across all websites and mobile apps
  • Troubleshoots any issues related to data collection, fix and/or provide solutions
  • QA’s any changes made and test during production launches across all browsers & mobile apps with tools like debuggers, fiddler, Charles, browserstack, App Assurance etc
  • Implements best practices, naming conventions to maintain properties / tags / libraries etc. in Adobe Launch and establish a process for publishing libraries
  • Proactively updates extensions, clean up and maintain code in the tag manager

Requirements:

  • Adobe Launch & JavaScript hands on implementation & troubleshooting
  • Mobile App experience
  • Experience with different content management systems
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and hands on implementation & troubleshooting
  • Adobe Analytics implementation / Adobe CJA migration experience preferred
  • Experience with tag managers, Adobe Launch preferred
  • Expertise in data layer design & implementation
  • Experience with tagging native mobile apps & websites
  • Experience with different content management systems like AEM and libraries like react, react native etc
  • Required 4 – 6 years of related experience

Nice to have:

  • Adobe Analytics implementation / Adobe CJA migration experience preferred
  • Experience with tag managers, Adobe Launch preferred
