As our Civils Supervisor, you won't just be overseeing site activities – you'll be the driving force behind successful project delivery. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll champion efficiency, meticulously manage costs, and empower your site teams to achieve outstanding results on critical fibre upgrade schemes across the country.

Job Responsibility:

Lead from the front: Inspire and motivate site teams
Be a champion of efficiency: Collaborate with contractors
Drive a safety-first culture
Be the communication hub: Maintain clear communication with the Management team
Guarantee exceptional quality: Implement rigorous Quality Assurance processes
Build strong foundations: Cultivate collaborative relationships
Deliver on our promises: Take ownership of project KPIs and SLAs
Master project control: Develop and maintain accurate weekly programmes
Be a financial guardian: Identify and mitigate cost risks
Own it all: Take full ownership of your projects
Keep us informed: Provide timely weekly submissions
Be detail-oriented: Collate essential site data
Ensure live compliance: Conduct real-time quality and NRSWA audits
Secure our success: Perform post-completion quality and financial audits

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills
A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to thrive under pressure
Solid IT skills
NRSWA Level 10 certification (Highly desirable)
EUSR, SMSTS, or SSSTS qualifications (Advantageous)
