Be a champion of efficiency: Collaborate with contractors, constantly seeking and implementing the most cost-effective and innovative construction approaches
Drive a safety-first culture: Proactively promote Near Miss and Positive Intervention reporting, ensuring the well-being of everyone on site
Be the communication hub: Maintain clear and effective communication with the Management team, keeping everyone informed and aligned
Guarantee exceptional quality: Implement rigorous Quality Assurance processes and proactively address environmental considerations on site
Build strong foundations: Cultivate collaborative and productive working relationships within your teams
Deliver on our promises: Take ownership of project KPIs and SLAs, ensuring we consistently exceed expectations
Master project control: Develop and maintain accurate weekly programmes and provide insightful reports on progress and compliance
Be a financial guardian: Identify and mitigate cost risks early, contributing to accurate profit and loss and cost-to-complete reporting
Own it all: Take full ownership of your projects, from initial costs and timelines to final documentation and site activities
Keep us informed: Provide timely and accurate weekly submissions, including timesheets, material sheets, and plant & site checklists
Be detail-oriented: Collate essential site data, including layout drawings, construction details, and as-built records
Ensure live compliance: Conduct real-time quality and NRSWA audits to guarantee adherence to regulations
Secure our success: Perform post-completion quality and financial audits, ensuring high standards are maintained for accurate invoicing.
