As our Civils Supervisor, you won't just be overseeing site activities – you'll be the driving force behind successful project delivery. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll champion efficiency, meticulously manage costs, and empower your site teams to achieve outstanding results on critical fibre upgrade schemes across the country.

  • Be the communication hub: Maintain clear and effective communication with the Management team, keeping everyone informed and aligned
  • Guarantee exceptional quality: Implement rigorous Quality Assurance processes and proactively address environmental considerations on site
  • Build strong foundations: Cultivate collaborative and productive working relationships within your teams
  • Deliver on our promises: Take ownership of project KPIs and SLAs, ensuring we consistently exceed expectations
  • Master project control: Develop and maintain accurate weekly programmes and provide insightful reports on progress and compliance

  • Be detail-oriented: Collate essential site data, including layout drawings, construction details, and as-built records
  • Ensure live compliance: Conduct real-time quality and NRSWA audits to guarantee adherence to regulations
  • Secure our success: Perform post-completion quality and financial audits, ensuring high standards are maintained for accurate invoicing.
