Job Responsibility:
Supervise and manage teams repairing sewer assets to make sure they meet quality and customer service standards, along with supervision of our larger project schemes
Champion safety and well-being, uphold strong quality standards, manage workload and timelines, and drive cost efficiencies across projects
Manage civil reinstatements on sewer pipes, rising mains, manhole chambers, and large projects
Assist in leading the site team to support the successful delivery of project outcomes, through effective planning, procurement, risk management and communication with the relevant personnel
Work and manage jobs in a variety of locations, including customers' properties and gardens, highways and treatment plants
Coach, mentor and guide team leaders and operatives within your team on a day-to-day basis
Work from our office and outdoors, dealing with different challenges every day and providing a vital service to our customers and department
Work across Dorset and the surrounding areas, with the main depot being based in Kinson
Requirements:
Experience working as a supervisor
A SSSTS or SMSTS certification
A temporary Works Supervisor qualification
A valid First Aid certification
A positive can-do attitude, a great work ethic and be dedicated to doing a good job
Well-organised and customer-focused, as well as being a great team player
A valid UK driving licence
