OUTCO is a market leader in outdoor estate management, delivering essential civil engineering and reactive works across the UK. We’re looking for a results-driven Civils & Reactive Works Manager to take ownership of our small civils and reactive works projects, while driving new business through effective estimating and client engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of small-scale civils and reactive works
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for new projects
  • Support business growth through identifying and converting sales opportunities
  • Oversee teams of operatives and subcontractors on live sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Use company systems to maintain accurate records, pricing, and reporting
  • Delivering KPI’s and key customer satisfaction scores by ensuring customers’ requirements are achieved

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civils, infrastructure, or reactive maintenance
  • Strong estimating skills and commercial awareness
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good IT skills, confident user of CRM systems, MS Office and able to use web-based systems
  • Can demonstrate success in improved service delivery and customer satisfaction
