Job Responsibility

  • Planning and issuing jobs to field teams
  • Organising field teams' delivery schedules
  • Ensuring jobs progress as expected and are completed on time and in line with OSA SLAs
  • Daily calls with both DL teams and subcontractors to provide direction and assistance
  • Answering queries from the client
  • Handling client requests across all aspects of the project and escalating issues to the Desk Delivery Manager when required
  • Coordinating and scheduling Civils estimates
  • Closing jobs in line with SLAs
  • Managing SLAs
  • Ensuring all dependencies are in place (booking Traffic Management / Permits / Safe dig prints etc)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
  • Good computer skill preferably excel
  • Organisational skills
  • Can do attitude
