Job Description

Plotworks (housing) Civils & Drainage Gang Required. Location: Carlisle Area. Hours: Monday - Friday (Full-Time). Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible. Rate: Competitive (Dependent on experience/tickets). We are currently looking for an experienced, reliable, and hard-working Civils & Drainage Gang for a long-term plotworks project in the Carlisle area.

Requirements

  • A complete, self-sufficient gang capable of handling the following scope of work: 360 Excavator Operator (with valid ticket)
  • Forward Tipping Dumper Driver (with valid ticket)
  • Skilled Groundworkers / Pipelayers
  • Drainage Expertise: Strong background in deep and shallow drainage, installing pipework, and managing live systems
  • Plotworks & Civils: Proven experience working on residential plots
  • Trenching & Services: Must be experienced in digging safe trenches and trimming/reinstating service tracks accurately
  • Tickets: Valid CSCS / CPCS / NPORS cards required across the gang. with manual handling and Asbestos awareness
