CESO is restructuring to create a dynamic Regional BU by combining our Local BU and Residential BU. With this change, we are seeking internal candidates with an interest in managing a team which works on varying project types in the Nashville market. This is a unique chance to contribute to something impactful and diversify your project portfolio while bolstering CESO’s local brand recognition. We are looking for a Civil Team Lead who is ready to leverage their advanced engineering expertise and leadership experience to oversee the design and preparation of engineering construction documentation, specifications, and details for varying project types within their assigned region. This individual will be responsible for mentoring and supporting team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration, while also reviewing and approving engineering deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
