Job Description:

Facilitated snagging and desnagging processes, ensuring all flats and common areas were ready for handover to clients. Collaborated closely with project managers to ensure seamless communication and project alignment for successful outcomes. Developed and implemented action plans to address and resolve post-handover snag points reported by customers. Flat readiness

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervision and Coordination: Manage and supervise the daily activities during finishing works
  • Coordinate with other supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any conflicts
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all finishing work comply with approved drawings, specifications, building codes (such as NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.), and quality standards
  • Project and Resource Management: Monitor project progress, materials, and manpower to ensure efficient resource allocation and that tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • This includes preparing maintenance schedules, allocating work, and maintaining inventory of materials and equipment
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, daily activities, inspections, and any non-conformance issues
  • Prepare detailed reports on maintenance, breakdowns, and completed works for higher authorities
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce adherence to all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures on-site
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil supervision, with a focus on finishing of High rise residential Building
  • A Graduation/10th or 12Th pass, ITI/diploma
  • In-depth knowledge of civil supervision
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications is essential
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for coordinating with diverse teams and clients
