Civil supervisor - wtp

• Oversee and manage all civil construction and repair works at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
• Ensure effective site execution of projects, adhering to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Provide diligent supervision of all on-site activities, including civil works, pipeline installations, and WTP operations
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project progress
• Monitor the progress of water supply infrastructure and WTP related civil works
• Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the construction and maintenance phases
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols specific to WTP environments
• Manage and optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve any site-specific technical or logistical issues that may arise

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil construction/repair works, with a strong emphasis on site execution and supervision
• Proven experience in Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and water supply projects is essential
• In-depth knowledge of pipeline construction, installation, and maintenance
• Familiarity with WTP civil infrastructure and operational requirements
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a proactive manner
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and reporting is advantageous
