Civil & Structural Designer

• Develop civil and structural BIM models and technical drawings using BIM/CAD software
• Design and develop civil layouts and structural models for concrete and steel plant structures, including foundations, pipe racks, buildings, and equipment supports
• Prepare shop drawings, construction details, and steel/rebar schedules
• Produce and manage reinforced concrete and steelwork drawings in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Collaborate with structural engineers, piping, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to ensure design integration
• Review and implement technical specifications, project standards, and client requirements
• Support interdisciplinary reviews, clash detection, and constructability assessments
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in civil & structural design role, preferably in Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Chemical or any other industrial context
• Proficiency in BIM/CAD softwares for 2D/3D modeling and drafting
• In-depth knowledge of Tekla Structures
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
