Job Description

We are hiring Civil/Site Project Managers in the Tampa, FL area. Base salary is estimated at $95,000- $130,000 relevant to experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Teaching and training entry-level to mid-level designers and analysts
  • Design of site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and soil erosion and sediment control measures
  • Project management responsibilities, zoning and land development permitting, field inspection, hydraulic and hydrologic design and analysis, site plan drafting, environmental impact assessment, and preparation of project reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • Must be a licensed PE (or ability to obtain PE within 12 months of hire)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with site and grading design, zoning and site plan permitting process
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Ability to work effectively on a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Process and manage various forms of data including XML files, survey point data, GIS data, shapefiles, LiDAR, Land Desktop files, and drone survey information
  • Assist in the analysis of reports, maps, drawings, geotechnical data, and testing information to support project planning and design
  • Become familiar with applicable local, state, and federal design standards, solid waste regulations, and permitting requirements
  • Create, utilize, and modify plans, profiles, alignments, sample lines, corridors, and section views
