We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Site Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee civil works projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Job Responsibility:

Oversee the daily activities and progress of civil works projects, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks
Review network plans and provide guidance on their implementation
Handle logistics, including managing supplies of materials, machines, and equipment
Ensure compliance with relevant permits, safety regulations, and company guidelines

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position, preferably in construction site management
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving & analytical skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to work in construction site
Experience on renovations
Flexibility and mobility
Team leader spirit and advanced managerial skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Time management skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
