Civil Project Manager

• Manage a multi-project portfolio of 5 to 6 simultaneous Industrial Management sites (short and medium cycles)
• Coordinate the entire project cycle: planning, subcontractor mobilization, and rigorous cost control
• Conduct mandatory weekly site visits to ensure technical monitoring and safety compliance
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate change orders and extras with clients
• Collaborate closely with estimators and superintendents to optimize project margins
• Manage billing and progress reports for each mandate under your responsibility
• Ensure compliance with strict environmental standards related to decontamination (asbestos, soil, heavy metals)

• Excellent ability to analyze technical plans and specifications in construction and Industrial Management
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Vision, or similar ERP) and the Office Suite
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Stress resistance and the ability to make quick decisions in the field
• Solution-oriented mindset when faced with technical surprises
• Superior organizational skills to handle multiple files of different natures simultaneously
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction or demolition
• Academic background: DEC or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Architecture
• Possession of a valid ASP Construction card and up-to-date WHMIS certification
• Concrete experience in managing decontamination or civil engineering projects (a major asset)
• Perfect mastery of French (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel to sites across the Greater Montreal area
