Are you a versatile professional in the field of civil engineering looking for an environment where your skills will be truly put to use? We are currently seeking a Civil Project Manager to join a dynamic and human-centric company located in Montreal East. This role is ideal for a junior or intermediate professional (EIT or P.Eng.) who wishes to be involved in all facets of a project, from initial estimation to final delivery on-site. As a Civil Project Manager, you will thrive within a small business culture where collaboration is a top priority. Unlike rigid corporate structures, our client offers a flexible and inclusive environment where every team member is encouraged to submit ideas and proposals to improve processes. This position falls under the Engineering & Design specialization at Randstad. The future incumbent will work on stimulating projects such as deep excavation, structural work, and complex urban infrastructure, requiring a global vision of the trade. The technical component is at the heart of this role. You will use your analytical mindset for the estimation of various projects. Your understanding of engineering principles will allow you to bridge the gap between design plans and the reality of the construction site. This versatility makes the Civil Project Manager position a vital pivot for the success of operations. Office presence is required to maintain team synergy, particularly during the peak summer season when direct communication with the field is paramount.
