Job Description

The Civil/Mechanical Lead will oversee all civil and mechanical construction activities including site grading, roads, drainage, foundations, and tracker installation.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor earthwork, grading, and drainage construction
  • Verify installation of culverts, stormwater systems, and erosion control
  • Inspect equipment foundations and concrete placement
  • Review pile driving logs and tracker installation
  • Witness geotechnical testing and compaction testing
  • Track civil quality documentation and NCRs

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in solar civil construction or heavy civil projects
  • Experience with tracker foundations and solar site development
  • Familiarity with geotechnical reports and civil testing procedures
