Job Description

You will be ensuring that all Civil services are maintained properly. Taking charge of entire Civil maintenance activity in building and supporting the Estate Manager/ Key Account Manager/ your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure all Civil services are maintained properly
  • Take charge of entire Civil maintenance activity in building
  • Support the Estate Manager/Key Account Manager/team leader for coordinating technical issues with client and occupants
  • Take care of civil maintenance work, both internal and external to the buildings
  • Control and monitor preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule
  • Perform repair and plaster work on floor/wall/ceiling
  • Replace stones on the walls/floors
  • Perform painting and polishing as required
  • Repair/Replace facade glass
  • Repair all seepage/cracks developed on walls/ceiling
  • Ensure function ability of all sewerage systems/storm water system
  • Ensure safety while working and adhere to safety norms
  • Prepare BOM for civil work
  • Allocate work to a team of fitters
  • Perform any other task/responsibility assigned by management

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil or any equivalent
  • Minimum 12-14 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry
  • For residential sites, candidates with Commercial/SEZ experience will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of working procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Being analytical and meticulous
  • Ability to coordinate with various teams
  • Ability to assign and monitor maintenance projects
  • Ability to use logic to troubleshoot problems
