Job Responsibility:
Oversee all day-to-day construction-related projects onsite
Ensure all budget, risk, schedule, design, safety and quality management requirements are met
Help fix any issues that may arise
Ensure all site contractors involved in the project are working on all counts
Cooperate with LDI and the client to monitor, review and resolve any site-related issues
Set up site procedures using the JLL Atlas platform to ensure the program, cost, design, safety and quality are aligned
Responsible for holding internal and external construction meetings
Prepare a master construction schedule for site as well as client and tracking
Review all pending issues with the site team
Develop action plans
Conduct weekly site and report meetings with consultants, contractors and agencies
Review the site’s progress payments
Take the lead and track the progress of coordination drawings submitted by local design consultants
Follow up drawings, details or clarifications
Review drawings
Manage the technical handover and the client’s sign off at the end of a project
Review the work method statement from subcontractors
Review VOs and make sure they’re valid
Set up the site diary and record system
Review the RFP documentation from a constructability point of view
Provide the work scope
Go over safe work method statements
Hold safety meetings on a weekly basis
Take care of monthly health and safety reports
Ensure that the construction works match the client’s expectations
Requirements:
Degree in architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering, or related discipline or field, or a mix of formal education and work experience of more than five years
Experience in construction site management is a must
Completed safety trainings
Must have acquired construction estimation skills
Strong understanding of all aspects of development management—including financial, appraisal, risk management, and negotiation
Pro at planning projects, procedures and construction schedules
Familiarity with MS Project, MS Excel and other scheduling software
Know-how of interpreting, coordinating and discussing construction drawings
Design contracts and commercial negotiations should be second nature
Ability to sit in on market analyses and marketing processes
Superb communication skills
