This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and growing litigation team, working alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of property and civil disputes.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with a wide range of civil litigation files
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, court forms, and supporting materials under supervision
Conducting legal research, collating evidence, and preparing trial bundles
Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, expert witnesses, and other professionals to progress matters effectively
Supporting solicitors with case preparation for hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions
Helping to ensure cases are managed efficiently and deadlines are met
Requirements:
At least 6–12 months’ experience working in civil litigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
A team player with a proactive attitude
High attention to detail
Confident using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
