Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading plaintiff-side consumer warranty firm seeking a skilled civil litigation attorney to join their team in Los Angeles. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires expertise in civil litigation and a strong ability to handle legal writing and motion drafting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and revise motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct thorough research to support legal arguments and case strategies
  • Manage discovery processes, including drafting responses and reviewing materials
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to address case-specific needs
  • Analyze case details and develop strategies for successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials
  • 3+ years in civil litigation
  • Ability to work hybrid in the L.A. office
