Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing team—one Leading Hand and two General Labourers—to deliver quality concrete infrastructure across Council sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver precision screeding and high-end finishing while coaching the existing crew
  • Lead formwork setup and WHS compliance
  • Execute site preparation, formwork boxing, and material handling
  • Work directly under the Leading Hand to assist with placement and maintain a safe, clean site

Requirements:

  • White Card
  • HR or MR License
  • Proven experience in civil concreting
  • 4+ years experience
  • Secondary School/High School

Nice to have:

  • HR or MR License
  • Leadership skills
  • Trade Cert
