They have reached out to me to source experienced Civil Foremen to join their team in Adelaide. They have three distinct project pipelines kicking off, meaning they can tailor the role to your specific strengths - whether your expertise lies in SA Water utilities, DIT infrastructure works or Land Development/Subdivisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager to drive optimum productivity and successful program outcomes
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate onsite crews to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture
  • Project Delivery: Ensure the delivery of exceptional quality civil outcomes strictly to program schedules
  • HSEQ Safety: Maintain and champion an uncompromisingly safe working environment on-site at all times

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction is highly desirable
  • An extensive civil construction background with proven, hands-on supervisory experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman
  • An excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment into daily site operations
  • A self-starter mindset with the motivation to deliver value-for-money results to program
