We are looking for experienced Trade Qualified Feild workers who are reliable and enjoy providing high-quality infrastructure maintenance. A strong sense of teamwork, a commitment to safety, and the ability to ensure that all machinery and operations are conducted according to specific guidelines are essential for this role. Requirements:

  • Trade Qualification: Cert III in Carpentry or trade equivalent
  • White Card: Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Current)

  • Experience: Proven background in civil construction, concreting, or bridge maintenance

Nice to have:

  • MR/HR Licence: Highly regarded (or willing to obtain)
  • TMI/TMA: Traffic Management Implementation or Traffic Management Awareness
  • First Aid & CPR: (Or willing to obtain)
  • Plant Tickets: Excavator or other civil plant tickets with proven operating experience
  • Safety Mindset: A proactive attitude toward risk assessment and team safety
