Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Civil Field Workers who are reliable and enjoy providing high-quality community infrastructure maintenance. This role requires a unique balance of physical labor and oversight, demanding a strong sense of teamwork, a commitment to safety, and the ability to ensure that all operations are conducted according to specific guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in civil construction, roadworks, or drainage
  • White Card: Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Current)
  • Valid Manual Driver's License (MR/HR highly regarded)
  • Safety Mindset: A 'zero harm' mindset with experience in hazard identification and WHS procedures

Nice to have:

  • Cert III in Civil Construction or equivalent trade experience
  • Contractor Oversight: Experience auditing or supervising sub-contractors on-site
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in steel fixing, formwork, and interpreting blueprints
  • Plant Tickets: Roller, Excavator, or Skid Steer (with proven operating experience)
  • TMI/TMA: Traffic Management Implementation or Traffic Management Awareness
