Job Responsibility

  • Deeply analyze plans, specifications, and technical reports (geotechnical, environmental)
  • Validate and review all necessary tender documents
  • Perform accurate calculation of required material quantities
  • Request pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Evaluate optimal work methods, required crews, and production rates
  • Identify potential risks related to projects and propose corresponding action plans
  • Prepare technical documents such as Gantt charts
  • Ensure the final review of bid envelopes before submission
  • Take charge of the training and integration of new members of the estimation team
  • Maintain the current bid tracking table and rigorously organize documentation

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or a DEC in civil engineering, or any relevant equivalent training
  • Master the Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
  • Be comfortable with specialized tools such as TPL, Planswift, or Autocad
  • Demonstrate an excellent ability to manage multiple files simultaneously under pressure
  • Have a proactive approach focused on problem-solving and quality
  • Be able to work independently while contributing positively to team synergy
