Job Responsibility:

  • CAD/Civil 3D drafting and modeling of site civil, coastal, and land development projects in the FL region
  • Assist project teams in meeting schedules and deadlines
  • Adherence to CAD/Civil 3D standards
  • Production of construction documents to include permit drawings, presentation graphics, and as-built surveys

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related CAD/Civil 3D experience on a variety of site civil projects
  • Proficient in Civil 3D
  • Experience with 3D modeling and surfaces required
  • An Associate's degree in CAD Drafting/Engineering Technology preferred
  • Experience in Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
