Civil Engineering Project Manager

• Manage the entire lifecycle of civil engineering and water main rehabilitation projects, from planning to closeout
• Ensure coordination with various stakeholders: clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Oversee project budgets and timelines in civil construction, ensuring profitability and on-time completion
• Actively participate in the bidding and estimation phases for new projects, particularly those related to engineering and design
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with management, including the CEO and Senior Vice President
• Ensure that trenchless rehabilitation projects meet the highest quality and safety standards
• Lead field teams, ensuring operational efficiency and employee well-being
• Resolve technical and operational issues that arise during engineering and design projects

• Strong project management skills, ideally gained from a specialized civil construction or civil engineering contractor
• Proficiency with project management software like MS Project
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and interact with clients and partners
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges
• Expertise in the trenchless rehabilitation and water main conduit space is a major asset
