Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or completion of a minimum of 40 college hours of engineering coursework towards BS in Civil Engineering of which at least 24 hours are engineering, physics or math related
A strong technical foundation in civil engineering

Bachelor's degree in accounting and related continuing education
4 years of progressive and responsible experience pertaining to the finance and accounting needs and activities of a professional services company, including: general ledger
accounts receivable and payable
payroll
data analysis
project management reporting, etc. Direct experience working in the architect/engineer/contractor (A/E/C) industry is preferred

Job Responsibility

Assists with field work at project sites including but not limited to surveying, data collection, and documenting existing conditions using standardized procedures developed by more senior staff
Assists with processing collected field data and preparation of design drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and C3D
Uses standard techniques to perform simple and routine calculations, as well as to assist with other routine engineering design tasks including: Proposed grading
Stormwater systems
Cut/fill calculations
Utilities (sewer, drain, water)
Assists technical staff in the preparation of specifications, and reports
Works on projects of limited complexity in a support role while performing work assignments which are closely managed by a supervisor or manager
Travel to project sites throughout New England as required
