Job Description

LandDesign is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Director to collaborate with the Dallas office leadership team on business development, strategy, and effective team management. This role will focus on implementing strategic priorities, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring high quality delivery. The Director will participate in marketing efforts, cultivate client relationships, and position LandDesign as a market leader in civil engineering. They will manage multiple teams, optimize operational efficiency, and mentor staff to foster professional growth and innovation.
