Civil Engineer

• Supervise the technical activities department for the client
• Ensure the quality and compliance of submissions, designs, and work with safety standards and applicable regulations
• Optimize technical processes to ensure performance and quality of work
• Prepare, supervise and sign the workshop drawings
• Actively contribute to the development of the department in collaboration with the team, identifying opportunities and strategies to be implemented
• Contribute to define and implement a strategic vision
• Responsible for company business development
• Collaborate in the preparation of submissions and project designs
• Work with the Chief Operating Officer/Superintendent, Project Director/Project Authority to ensure effective and efficient management of projects
• Build with the team the necessary documentation to support our service offerings and help us discover benefits
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Follow up with professionals and stakeholders
• Ensure the quality of service before and after-sales
• Oversee the effectiveness of technical projects and processes
• Supervise and support the technical team in their daily activities
• Fostering collaboration and skills development
• Promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar position
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any other equivalent education
• Have a good mastery of the following software: Microsoft Office
