Job Description:

Telelink Infra is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer for Energy Projects to participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of photovoltaic (PV) plants and battery energy storage systems (BESS). The role involves on-site work, process management, communication with subcontractors, and quality control.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participation in the technical planning and preparation of construction activities for PV and BESS projects
  • Detailed review of technical documentation and full understanding of client requirements
  • Coordination and control of all construction works – quality, deadlines, and budget
  • Ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
  • Collaboration with design teams and engineers from other disciplines
  • Preparation, updating, and maintenance of technical documentation, reports, and records
  • Overall supervision of construction activities and coordination with the site manager
  • Ongoing communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and investors
  • Monitoring bills of quantities and participation in acceptance procedures
  • Conducting technical surveys and preparing drawings in accordance with technical specifications
  • Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs
  • monitoring inventory and managing supplies
  • Planning and developing work schedules within the assigned deadlines
  • Providing expert technical solutions in coordination with the department/project manager
  • Preparing material and transport requests and overseeing deliveries
  • Preparing material intake reports upon completion of sub-projects
  • Collecting and submitting required documentation during project handover
  • Monitoring compliance with client requirements and organizing the resolution of identified issues
  • Reviewing the quality of construction works and verifying the accuracy of subcontractor performance

Requirements:

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in the construction of energy or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of the technologies and specifics of building photovoltaic (PV) systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS) is an asset
  • Ability to work with technical documentation, CAD software, and MS Office
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Valid category B driver’s license
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel when necessary
