The purpose of this position is to be responsible for undertaking delivery tasks of broad scope and complexity to meet client requirements and company expectations, under the direction and guidance of Senior Engineers and Project Managers.

Job Responsibility

  • Undertake delivery tasks of broad scope and complexity to meet client requirements and company expectations, under the direction and guidance of Senior Engineers and Project Managers
  • Ensure documentation is delivered on time and in line with ADG standards and QA procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years minimum demonstrated industry experience
  • Ability to provide design and drafting support to projects as assigned by the Senior Engineer
  • Preferred to have existing knowledge of Civil Engineering standards including Australian Standards and Codes, drafting requirements for local authorities and government departments
  • Willing to obtain, or currently holds a tertiary education degree i.e. Associate or Bachelors degree of Civil Engineering
  • Ability to adhere to program schedules
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team
  • Comfortable leading and influencing others
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Existing knowledge of Civil Engineering standards including Australian Standards and Codes, drafting requirements for local authorities and government departments
  • Tertiary education degree i.e. Associate or Bachelors degree of Civil Engineering
  • Experience with production of civil design and documentation using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or 12D
  • Report writing
  • Occasional use of XP Storm & MUSIC.
