Civil Designer, Land Infrastructure

• Prepare and review detailed civil design, drawings, models, and documentation using AutoCAD, 12d, Civil 3D, and other relevant design tools
• Develop and manage 3D models to support project execution
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Ensure designs meet client specifications, ANZ standards or similar, environmental regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical reporting
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are achieved
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for technical accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with ANZ-based stakeholders and clients for project updates and reviews
• Stay updated with ANZ design standards, codes, and best practices
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals when required

• Minimum 5 years of engineering design experience with a background and interest in roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, water, sewer and other utility services designs, pavement design, and related civil infrastructure
• Proven skills in design and documentation of civil infrastructure to ANZ standards or similar
• Proficiency in industry design software, including 12d, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering design standards and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and self-motivation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a remote or multi-location team setting

Knowledge in Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage
