Requirements

University Degree in Civil Engineering
4+ years of relevant experience (preferably in the energy sector)
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit
Strong knowledge of computer applications, especially Microsoft suite programs
BIM knowledge is desirable
Familiar with structural design
Fluent in English
Strong communication & organizational skills
Management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibility

Co-ordination of the civil design process
Review of civil, structural, and architectural studies to meet project, code, and contractual requirements
Production and issuance of construction drawings on site
Management of the review procedure by the client
Co-ordination with the project team
Co-ordination of the sub-contractors and sub-consultants
Subcontracts administration and management
Technical support of the Site team
Develop, review & monitor civil design budget & schedule
Assist with and review estimates for assigned projects
