Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing litigation team, working alongside experienced senior solicitors on a varied and stimulating caseload. With excellent opportunities for progression, you’ll play a key role in shaping and growing the department.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a mixed caseload of civil, property, and insolvency litigation matters
Handling landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, and general litigation files with appropriate supervision
Supporting senior solicitors on more complex matters and strategic legal work
Liaising with clients, counsel, and external professionals to progress matters effectively
Responding promptly and professionally to client queries and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to the growth and development of the litigation department through networking and business development initiatives
Assisting in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing best practice procedures

Requirements:

A qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE in civil and/or property litigation
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
A proactive and team-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to a collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle files independently with supervision as needed
Experience dealing directly with clients and managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
