At Cosentino we are looking for a City Center Specialist to join our City Center located at One30, 130 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. The City Centers are an example of Cosentino’s total commitment to the AD community. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with the day to day operations in the Cosentino City showroom
  • Guest relations
  • Customer service assistance
  • Events coordination
  • Visiting certain customer accounts
  • Identify and generate sales leads and then partner with the local sales team
  • Visiting specific accounts and develop relationships and generate direct sales
  • Play a key role on enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries
  • Proactively reach out to clients in order to achieve individual and team goals
  • Network and find business through events
  • Welcome and engage every customer and provide the best customer experience
  • Assist all walk-ins & customers with appointments
  • Provide support face-to-face, over the phone and via email
  • Develop and build relationships with design firms in the area
  • Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock
  • Work with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic and leads
  • Register visits and leads in SalesForce
  • Filter the leads of the City Center via phone call
  • Organize and plan events
  • Responsible for execution of events
  • Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce
  • Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition
  • Manage and maintain the showroom
  • Manage the administrative tasks required for suppliers

Requirements:

  • 2+ experience in sales
  • 1+ experience in a retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service with a proven success track record generating leads and converting those leads into sales
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven Success in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

Nice to have:

  • Preferably 2+ experience in interior design industry
  • Knowledge of the building or decoration market
  • bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or similar

  • To maintain, develop and provide education and training on diabetes and related co- morbidities to health care professionals, other relevant professions, students, patients and the public.
