At Cogoport, City Growth Leads are mini-CEOs of their region. You will directly own the revenue, growth, and customer success outcomes for your city. Your mission is to build, coach, and scale a team of high-performing Customer Success Executives (CSEs) who drive freight bookings across global trade routes. You'll combine hands-on deal-making with strategic leadership to dominate your city’s logistics market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take complete ownership of city-level revenue, P&L, and shipment targets
  • build, lead, and motivate a team of 12–18 CSEs
  • recruit and onboard top talent
  • coach CSEs on negotiation, consultative selling, and margin protection
  • lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast monthly revenue with accuracy
  • step in to personally drive closures for large-ticket and strategic accounts
  • collaborate with Freight Ops and Pricing to secure competitive rates and carrier space
  • conduct customer field visits and strengthen relationships with top clients
  • drive strong discipline around CRM hygiene, pipeline management and team tracking
  • represent city growth performance in leadership reviews with the management

Requirements:
