Requirements

5+ years' experience working for a newsroom, content agency, creative agency, or digital media property
Native writing and speaking level in English
Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities
Leadership skills comfortable managing a team, and supporting them to help achieve their goals
Experience managing a team of creatives while still meeting individual goals and project deadlines
Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword targeting
Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the current social media landscape
Strong understanding of digital media trends
Comfortable identifying and tracking relevant community KPIs
Expertise with WordPress & Canva and/or other software such as data analysis like GA4, Meta Insights, etc.
