• 5+ years' experience working for a newsroom, content agency, creative agency, or digital media property
• Native writing and speaking level in English
• Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership skills: comfortable managing a team, and supporting them to help achieve their goals
• Experience managing a team of creatives while still meeting individual goals and project deadlines
• Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword targeting
• Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the current social media landscape
• Strong understanding of digital media trends
• Comfortable identifying and tracking relevant community KPIs, and drawing conclusions from data
• Expertise with WordPress & Canva and/or other software such as data analysis like GA4, Meta Insights, etc.
