Job Description

Looking for senior Citrix Team Lead / Subject Matter Expert to lead global Citrix operations in a large enterprise environment. The role requires deep technical expertise in Citrix platforms and proven hands on experience working within Export Control Environment Industry

Job Responsibility

  • Lead 24x7 global Citrix operations supporting enterprise users
  • Act as Citrix SME for design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Manage and support: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) / DaaS, Citrix Workspace, Citrix ADC (NetScaler) / Gateway, Citrix Director & WEM
  • Design, build, and deploy new Citrix sites and environments
  • Manage GPOs, Citrix policies, SSL certificates, MFA, RDS, and licensing
  • Partner with application teams to publish, upgrade, and support applications
  • Support separation and transformation initiatives across business units
  • Ensure security compliance, patching, and operational stability

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise IT / End User Computing environments
  • Export Control Eligible
  • Expert level Citrix experience in large, global environments
  • Strong Windows Server/Desktop OS experience
  • Experience supporting Citrix servers and thousands of applications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • VMware experience
  • Enterprise migration / separation projects
  • Infrastructure background (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Backups)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Client Facing Experience
  • Experience Support / Operations projects as lead
  • Incident / Request management
