Job Description:

Responsible for advanced technical support and maintenance of Citrix environments. Ensure global infrastructure services operate efficiently to support business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Citrix environments, ensuring high availability and performance
Provides full operational support for global and regional infrastructure services that execute revenue-generating applications
Install, configure, and maintain Citrix products to meet business needs

Requirements:

At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in Citrix administration, engineering, and support
Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps (XenApp), Citrix Virtual Desktops (XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud
Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies is recommended
