Job Description:

Inetum is looking for a skilled Citrix Expert Consultant to join our team and support the design, management and performance of Citrix environments for key enterprise clients.

Job Responsibility:

Design, deploy and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments across on-prem, hybrid and cloud infrastructures
Configure and maintain NetScaler (Citrix ADC) for load balancing, secure remote access, and application delivery
Implement advanced features such as TLS VPNs, MFA authentication, and performance tuning
Use ControlUp for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and process automation
Conduct performance reviews, collect feedback, and implement user experience improvements
Monitor Citrix platforms using tools such as Citrix Director and ControlUp Insight
Document processes and configurations to ensure consistent service quality
Collaborate closely with Infrastructure teams (Network, Wintel, Security) and business stakeholders
Provide technical support, training and guidance to users and internal IT teams
Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Citrix-focused role
Solid expertise in Citrix CVAD, NetScaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management
Hands-on experience with ControlUp for dashboard management, analysis and automation
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, load balancing, SSL VPNs)
Proficient in PowerShell scripting
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
