Job Description

The Citrix Administrator role involves managing and supporting Citrix environments, including XenApp and Desktop Virtualization. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring service availability and performance while driving incident resolution and root cause analysis. Strong expertise in Citrix technologies and Windows Server Infrastructure is essential for operational excellence.

Role is to manage the operation team of L2/L1 in Citrix Support and provide them

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting Citrix XenApp & Desktop Virtualization
  • Exposure to both Desktop and Server virtualization
  • Experience in supporting VMware Infrastructure
  • Experience in supporting Windows Server Infrastructure
  • Experience in Citrix and Active Directory group policies
  • Able to work with the SMEs to drive major incidents and work towards RCA
  • Able to establish and run good operations and governance practices
  • Good team player and able to manage and mentor team
  • Work on team skill enhancement and training need identification
  • Manage SLA and Availability of Services
  • Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp and Xendesktop
  • Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation
  • Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface /NetScaler
  • Printers Management in Citrix
  • Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration
  • Strong knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration
  • Strong knowledge on Citrix Tools
  • Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix Farm Configuration
  • Windows Active Directory Administration
  • Experience on managing Citrix farm on VmWare
