As CitiConnect Product Manager for India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, drive the strategic vision, commercialization, and adoption of Citi's digital connectivity platform, CitiConnect, within the India Sub-continent. Enable clients to enhance operational efficiency, automate processes, and drive business growth through innovative digital solutions and seamless integration with Citi’s transaction banking services. This role positions CitiConnect as a key differentiator in providing exceptional client experiences in the region.
Job Responsibility:
lead product management for CitiConnect's connectivity channels (APIs, Files, SWIFT, ERP Integrators), aligning with the global roadmap
identify and champion transformation opportunities through proprietary development and strategic partnerships
develop and execute go-to-market strategies, partnering with sales and client executives to drive CitiConnect adoption
address client pain points and showcase the platform's value
gather market feedback to enhance platform offerings and represent the voice of clients
understand regional requirements and advocate for them in product development
monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to inform strategy
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding
ensure adherence to Citi’s risk management policies
proactively identify and mitigate risks
Requirements:
8-12 years in transaction/digital banking
proven experience leading complex projects and managing stakeholders
experience with digital transformation initiatives preferred
strong understanding of transaction banking products and digital channels (APIs)
integration methodologies
excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:
