Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong foundation in Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting
Deep, up-to-date knowledge of IFRS/MFRS and local tax laws

Job Responsibility

Execute the monthly group consolidation process for the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate inter-company eliminations and foreign currency translations
Manage the integrity of the financial consolidation system, ensuring all sub-ledgers reconcile with the general ledger
Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure standardized accounting treatments across all entities
Prepare and submit timely monthly management accounts and annual statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS/MFRS
Produce clear, accurate financial decks for the Board of Directors, focusing on variance analysis between actuals vs. budget from a reporting perspective
Oversee direct and indirect tax filings (SST, CIT) and ensure all statutory deadlines are met without exception
Act as the primary liaison for external auditors
manage the end-to-end audit schedule, resolve audit queries, and ensure a clean audit report
Review and strengthen internal control policies (SOPs) to mitigate financial risk and ensure strict corporate governance
