Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the purpose of this role is to develop strategic relationships with your allocated portfolio customers, promoting the value of our Circular Services and growing those customers to an agreed revenue target. The goal will be to work closely with your portfolio customers, our service delivery teams and account management teams to formulate account plans that identify potential whitespace growth opportunities and create a strategy to grow each opportunity to its maximum potential. Focussing heavily on the identified priority growth customers whilst also ensuring all portfolio customers are tracking to target. You will be responsible for providing accurate forecasting for your portfolio customers and maintaining an awareness of your customers plans and activities for the future. Success in the role will be measured by the traction made and progress towards the portfolio targets, forecasting & customer proximity measurements. You will be allocated a portfolio which will be your primary focus; however other tasks are expected of you from time to time to promote and develop Circular Services in general. The role be based primarily in Blackfriars/Braintree or home with regular travel to company & customer locations.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in consultative solutions sales that covers the commercial and operational elements of providing an end-to-end asset disposal service
  • Experienced in services & remarketing solutions for end of first use technology products ranging from workplace, networking, mobility & data center devices
  • Graduate level or equivalent education
  • Understand how to identify and communicate customer objectives and strategies
  • Able to take an opportunity from inception all the way through the sales cycle, managing RFI, RFP process and preparing responses and contractual documentation
  • Comprehensive understanding of Circular Services, solutions and internal processes used in the delivery of end-to-end services
  • Commercial, financial and legal understanding of relevant aspects affecting our industry
  • Ability to manage customer expectations
  • Ability to build effective and constructive senior relationships across a number of larger and more complex customers and opportunities at all levels
  • Ability to resolve significant customer issues whilst moving the business forward
  • Experience of business financials / services /solutions, the market / the needs / challenges of complex customers
  • Has the ability to negotiate complex services and solutions
