You speak, write and understand English well
Excellent knowledge of Recovery & Quality Operations combined with customer experience, sales and purchasing processes
Knowledge of communication channels and how to effectively tailor communication to create awareness, engagement and impact
Extensive knowledge of using IT systems (applications) and other tools in daily work
Preferably knowledge and experience in restoring or reusing items and the equipment that can be used for this.

Job Responsibility

Take necessary actions on products to give them a second chance through repackaging, spare parts management, product assembly, and active sales (online and offline)
Understand the action plans of the unit and department and take responsibility for departmental goals
Support the implementation of planned circular and commercial activities by involving your department in all customer meeting points
Support the Product Quality & Recovery Manager by indirectly leading the team together with other specialists, assigning tasks, and supervising daily operations of the Product Quality & Recovery team as needed.
